Management Accountant - Finance Business Partnering Location: Northampton ( 4 days in the office) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 We're looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a finance team based in Northampton, supporting UK operations in a hybrid role that blends core management accounting with hands-on finance business partnering. This is a key role with full ownership of the UK P&L, working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive performance, improve decision-making and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of the UK P&L, including month-end close, variance analysis and reporting Production of accurate and timely management accounts Budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for UK operations Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge Supporting cost control, profitability analysis and performance improvement initiatives Providing clear financial analysis to support business decisions Improving processes, controls and reporting where appropriate About You Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or qualified by experience Strong background in management accounting Experience in a finance business partnering or commercially focused role Confident working with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into insight Comfortable owning a P&L and working in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience 4 days per week in the Northampton office (company-wide policy) A broad, visible role with real ownership and influence Opportunity to work closely with UK operations and make a tangible impact At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
