JOB TITLE: Operations & Projects Assistant


LOCATION: Yeovil, Somerset
SALARY: Up to £30, PA DOE
HOURS: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Your Role:


You'll be supporting the delivery of projects, working closely with various departments to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. From managing documentation and timelines to liaising with suppliers and clients, your role will be central to the success of each project.


Key Responsibilities:



7. Assist in the coordination of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

8. Independently manage smaller-scale tasks such as product orders and maintenance requests

9. Prepare and issue quotes, purchase orders, and project documentation

10. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

11. Maintain accurate records of project costs and updates using internal systems

12. Monitor client feedback and help implement improvements where needed

13. Update project tracking tools and assist with reporting



What You'll Bring:



14. Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role

15. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)

17. Excellent attention to detail and time management

18. A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

19. Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making
