Parking support and Compliance Manager

From £38,000, £1,100 flex allowance, up to 15% discretionary bonus + benefits

This role takes an office first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.

What is the role?

This role is responsible for the management of parking compliance, pricing and booking admin, providing support of parking operations, overseeing financial processes and provide administrative support for initiatives and reporting.

What will you do?

1. Manage HSE and compliance activities, including HSE inspections, documentation, reporting, and risk management initiatives.
2. Run daily pre-book pricing models and upload to the e-commerce platform, ensuring SLA compliance and feedback loops.
3. Manage staff and forecourt inbox queries, providing administration support for staff parking and maintaining service standards and continuously look at ways to automate where possible.
4. Manage staff parking allocation and day-to-day space management, working closely with the parking operator and supporting operational stability.
5. Manage PO requests, staff car park billing, and reporting processes, and coordinating with finance.
6. Control approvals for non-complex parking refund requests and ensure proper documentation.
7. Provide general administration and coordination support, including staff parking initiatives and departmental training.
8. Assist with investigations and projects (e.g., Prime investigations) to support departmental objectives.

Do you have what we're looking for?

9. Degree educated preferred but not essential.
10. HSE qualifications
11. HSE & Compliance knowledge - strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk management, and compliance processes.
12. Operational experience - skilled in managing parking allocations (or similar type activity) and day-to-day operational stability.
13. Financial administration - competence in handling PO requests, billing, and reporting in coordination with finance teams.
14. Customer service & communication - effective in managing queries, maintaining service standards, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
15. Process improvement & automation - ability to identify opportunities for automation and streamline administrative tasks.
16. Attention to detail & documentation - ensuring accuracy in approvals, reporting, and compliance documentation.
17. Project & investigation support - capable of assisting with special projects and investigations, requiring problem-solving and adaptability.
18. Adaptable to challenge and change - in an ever-changing and fast-moving operational environment.
