Caritas Care has an exciting opportunity for a Manager to lead our well-established VIP Day Service following the retirement of our current post holder, daytime Monday-Friday. We are seeking a person with vision and passion for the delivery of an excellent person-centred service supporting people with learning disabilities.
You will lead a large staff team supported by three experienced assistant managers in offering activities, learning and experiences to adults with learning disabilities who have a broad range of support needs.
We want someone who can lead and inspire a team to deliver a quality service, ensuring that high levels of support are provided. Our day service is well established and this role is important in helping us to continue to develop and offer new and exciting opportunities for the people who we support.
