You’ll work closely with the team to develop, refine, and execute creative concepts that deliver real impact.You will be a natural problem-solver, super organised, and full of fresh ideas. You can take a concept and run with it, crafting scroll-stopping visuals that grab attention across traditional, social, digital and beyond.*Duties** Take creative responsibility for assigned projects - ensuring high-impact, on-brand design.* Design and execute high-performing social content - from static graphics to short-form motion.* Create UX/UI concepts and interactive prototypes in Figma.* Develop bold, innovative creative ideas that push brand engagement and audience interaction.* Collaborate with the Project Management, Social, TV and Marketing teams to bring campaigns/projects to life.* Brand creation and development* Creating pitch decks and supporting the team with creative and design assets.* Stay ahead of design trends - ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and industry-leading.* Ensure consistency across all creative, maintaining brand identity and design standards.* Any other tasks necessary to meet the needs of the company*Qualifications** Proven experience in graphic design, digital design or related fields with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, web design, and UI/UX.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, and video editing software.* Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), and familiarity with InVision or similar prototyping tools.* Strong understanding of branding principles combined with creative flair for visual storytelling.* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.* Knowledge of marketing principles and digital trends is desirable.* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
