Working directly from the sales office and show homes on site, you will manage enquiries, conduct viewings, and support customers through every stage of their buying journey.
You’ll ensure a smooth, professional and engaging experience from first contact through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:
* Working from the on-site sales office and show homes at the development
* Handling enquiries from prospective buyers and converting interest into appointments
* Conducting guided viewings of show homes and available plots
* Supporting customers through the reservation process through to completion
* Managing sales progression and maintaining accurate CRM records
* Liaising with site teams, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
* Previous residential sales experience preferred (new homes experience not essential)
* Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Confident working independently on a live site
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively
* Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
* A proactive, self-motivated approach to sales and customer service
