Background: Management of field sales reps. Sales - Training, Coaching & Performance Management experience essential. Player manager - you will be managing key accounts.
Travel: 3 to 4 days a week to conduct field visits, audits, and key account meetings. This is not a work-from-home role.
Industry: FMCG, Retail Pharmacy, Field Sales, Retail Stores Merchandising.
Territory: Regional - 1 x South, 1 x North. Reference: KSP/COMB
Role: We are looking for a dynamic, driven Field Sales - Regional Manager. The role primarily focuses on managing a team in the field, driving sales, and ensuring compliance and company standards.
This multifaceted role requires liaising, reporting, and supporting the leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service
* Ensuring compliance and best practices are followed
* Auditing the field team
* Conducting field visits as per company expectations
* Providing constructive feedback and coaching
* Building relationships with the field team and customers
* Driving sales in the field teams
* Time management and report submission
* Effective communication skills
Key Requirements:
* Strong personal integrity and influencing skills
* Willingness to travel nationally 3-4 days a week
* Experience managing field sales teams
* Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
* Self-starter with good time management
* Team player with problem-solving skills
* Confident in handling difficult situations
* Good personal presentation
* Fluent in English (bilingual advantageous)
* Education up to GCSE level
* Knowledge of B2B Field Sales
* Proficiency in IT systems (Word, Excel, Email)
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle
Remuneration:
* Basic annual salary

* OTE package: £40k to £45k
