Role Overview

Otis is growing and is looking for a maintenance mechanic for one of our entities. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units safely.
On a typical day you will:
* Carry out 100% of the escalator maintenance and service visits within your territory
* Manage the portfolio of elevators within your geographical area
* Respond proactively to fix breakdowns, aiming for first-time fix
* Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous operation
* Liaise directly with customers on-site to build good relationships
What you will need to be successful
* Relevant qualifications for maintenance mechanics in your country
* Hold a valid driver's license
* Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering
* A professional committed to safety
* Strong communication skills
* Curious, adaptable, able to work alone or in a team
* Comfortable using electronic and digital tools
