Mobile Cleaner/Caretaker required to work with a leading Bromley based Housing Association covering the South London region.
My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a short term temporary contract.
-Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal
-Cleaning of communal areas
-Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
-Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
-Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
-Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
-Litter picking
-Driving company vehicle
Job details:
Start date: As soon as candidate is available
Location: Bromley, BR1 covering South London
Duration: 4-6 weeks
Hours: 40 hours per week / Monday - Friday / 07.30-16.00 (may differ)
Pay rate: £14.10 per hour, umbrella
Requirements:
Must be able to arrive at the yard in BR1 in the morning
Previous cleaning experience
MUST HAVE Full UK driving licence
Good communication skills
