This is a rare chance to specialise within one of the most niche, technically challenging and commercially impactful areas of corporate law.You will work on a broad range of UK and international matters including:Designing and implementing executive, all-employee and global share plansAdvising on corporate transactions and the impact on incentive arrangementsDrafting plan rules, agreements and regulatory documentationProviding guidance on tax-advantaged schemes, governance and regulatory complianceSupporting global clients through a variety of corporate lifecycle eventsYou will also have opportunities to contribute to training and thought leadership, including potential involvement in the Certificate in Employee Share Plans.About youA qualified solicitor ideally with 3 or more years PQE with experience in corporate, incentives, share plans, tax or related fieldsStrong drafting and advisory skillsA collaborative mindset and willingness to develop deep technical expertiseThe ability to build strong client relationshipsInterest in working within an employee-owned, specialist environmentWhat’s on Offer£80,000+ starting salary (dependent on experience)Annual bonus schemeHybrid working from Sheffield or LeedsA genuine stake in an employee-owned businessExposure to high-calibre international workExceptional development opportunities within a market-leading specialist teamHow to ApplyTo apply, please click the Apply button.
