First Year Earnings: circa £45,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm

We are expanding our high-performing team and looking for a driven, confident, and ambitious individual to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. What You’ll Do:
* Build relationships with automotive clients and candidates across the UK
* Match top-tier talent with industry-leading automotive businesses
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job advertising to placement
* Hit and exceed performance targets with the support of a proven training programme

* A self-starter with excellent communication skills
* Resilience, motivation, and a strong work ethic
* Passion for people and the automotive industry (experience not essential)
* Ability to thrive under pressure and hit deadlines
