Pay: Up to £42,000 + Bonus

Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to maximise uptime and prevent breakdowns.
* Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise production downtime.
* Support installation and modification of machinery and electrical systems.
* Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety procedures.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve efficiency and reliability.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing, heavy industry, or armed forces.
* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills with electrical systems and control panels.
* Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, and electrical schematics is desirable.
* A proactive approach focused on continuous improvement.
