Are you a confident, commercially‑minded relationship builder who thrives on driving results? Beagle Street is looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our protection business through proactive, telephone‑based engagement with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs).
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our distribution strategy, building strong adviser relationships, promoting our protection products, and converting opportunities into sustainable revenue. You’ll manage your own portfolio of adviser accounts, deliver clear and compelling product messaging, and work closely with internal teams to provide a high‑quality end‑to‑end adviser experience.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Driving new business and achieving sales targets through consistent phone and email engagement
2. Promoting Beagle Street’s protection products with confidence and clarity
3. Building and maintaining strong remote relationships with IFAs
4. Keeping accurate records and activity tracking within CRM
5. Staying up to date with market trends to keep your approach sharp and competitive
What we’re looking for:
6. A strong communicator who can explain complex products simply and persuasively
7. Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales‑driven environment
8. Confidence building multiple adviser relationships remotely
9. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and CRM experience
10. A proactive, positive attitude with a genuine focus on adviser support
