Job Description
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day cleaning operations, maintain strong client relationships, and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards. This position requires a hands-on leader who can motivate their team, prioritise tasks effectively, and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the cleaning team to ensure schedules and standards are consistently met.
2. Monitor and maintain quality of cleaning services across all designated areas.
3. Ensure operatives have the necessary tools, materials, and consumables to complete tasks.
4. Oversee daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning tasks, including check sheets and reporting.
5. Promote and enforce Health & Safety compliance, acting as a role model for safe practices.

6. Good level of spoken and basic written English.
Experience:
7. Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is essential.
