What You'll Do:
As a key player in our organisation, you'll:
Prioritise and process customer queries via phone and email 📞✉️
Coordinate planned maintenance and small works with engineers and customers 🔧
Ensure all callouts meet client KPIs and service level agreements ✅
Swiftly investigate and resolve customer queries or complaints 🔍
Maintain accurate customer invoicing and detailed records on our CRM system 🗂️
Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations 🤝
Who You Are:

A proven track record of building strong customer relationships 🌈
Clear and timely communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and time management skills ⏰
Experience coordinating schedules (preferred but not essential)
A flexible mindset to tackle various tasks with confidence 💪
