What you’ll be doing: Overseeing the corporate planning cycle, ensuring delivery against strategic goals Developing and tracking KPIs across multiple functions Producing performance reports for board-level committees Supporting financial planning and integration with annual budgets Leading on corporate risk reporting and ensuring mitigation actions are followed Acting as a key advisor to senior stakeholders on planning, performance and risk Promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement What we’re looking for: Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, or performance reporting in a complex organisation Strong analytical, data interpretation, and stakeholder management skills Confident presenting to executive and governance-level stakeholders Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Understanding of governance, corporate risk, or project management frameworks Charity or healthcare sector experience
