The Role
We’re looking for a versatile construction professional to join our Stockport team. You’ll act as Employer’s Agent, Project Manager, and Quantity Surveyor, supporting the successful delivery of new build and refurbishment schemes. We are looking for both Project Surveyors and Senior Surveyors DOE and happy to discuss expected requirements for both roles.
What You’ll Do
* Manage a variety of construction projects across the residential and care sectors
* Act as the Employer’s Agent from inception to completion
* Oversee cost management and budget control
* Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders
* Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
* Prepare reports and maintain project documentation
* Ensure compliance with contracts and industry standards
* Support the delivery of high-quality, timely project outcomes
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Project Management
* Experience in a construction based consultancy or client-side role (preferred)
* Strong construction related cost, contract, and stakeholder management skills
* RICS or CIOB (or working towards) preferred
* Confident communicator and team player
