Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Renewals Account Manager forward thinking software company, who are leading the way in their space in Bath.
As a Renewals Account Manager, you will engage with the active customer when four months away from their renewal date. Working within a fast paced renewals team you will play a crucial role in renewing and extending customer contracts.
This is a hybrid role, where you will be expected to be in the Bath office 2 days per week.
As a Renewals Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Ensure timely renewals within a four-month window, including holding handover and renewal meetings.
* Send professional, high-quality renewal proposals and identify upsell opportunities.
* Deliver renewal and revenue targets on a monthly basis.
* Maintain accurate records through CRM applications and deliver timely weekly reports.
* Successfully handover renewed customers back to the Customer Success team.
* Forecast pipeline and report back to senior team.
Skills & experience required.
* Renewal or Sales experience, within the IT sector.
* Managing your sales pipeline within a short timeframe.
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, organisational prowess, and emotional intelligence.
* Self-motivated, inquisitive, and performance-driven with a positive attitude.
* Comfortable with MS Office suite and CRM systems.
* Salary of up to £35,000 DoE
* Hybrid opportunity – 2 days per week in the office
