The Role
As a Support Worker, youll:
Promote independence, confidence, and daily living skills
Provide emotional reassurance and consistent support
Respond positively to challenging behaviour
Help maintain safe, supportive, and welcoming environments
Person Specification
Were looking for people with solid experience in social care, including:
Children and young peoples services (Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, etc.)
Adult services such as learning disability support or homeless hostels
Youll also bring:
A calm and compassionate approach to challenging behaviours
A proactive, reliable, and organised mindset
Availability to commit to regular weekly work (20+ hours minimum)
A driving licence (preferred due to some remote locations)
