To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have:
7. Previous experience as a Property Manager
8. Basic IT skills
9. Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
10. Strong customer service skills
11. A full UK driving licence for a vehicle

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
14. Managing a portfolio of properties
15. Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
16. Carrying out property inspections, inventories and checkouts
17. Dealing with deposit returns, disputes, and processing
18. Instructing maintenance and overseeing contractor work
