Regional Account Health & Safety Manager Location: Dublin 8 Salary: Up to €75,000 per annum plus Sodexo Benefits The Role We are looking for an experienced Regional Account Health & Safety Manager to lead and embed a strong safety culture across a large, multi-site account. This is a high-impact role where you’ll provide expert guidance, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and risk management standards. Reporting to the Divisional Health & Safety Lead, with a dotted line to the Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and supporting operational excellence across all service lines. Key Responsibilities Lead health & safety across the account, embedding policies, procedures, and behavioural safety initiatives into day-to-day operations Provide expert advice and support to operational and management teams on occupational health & safety matters Plan, conduct, and support internal and external audits, including client and compliance audits Implement, maintain, and continuously improve HSEQ management systems (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001) Drive behavioural safety and safety culture initiatives through leadership engagement and workforce participation Ensure timely reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis of incidents, near misses, and non-conformances Develop and review site-specific risk assessments, procedures, and safe systems of work Support business continuity planning and emergency response preparedness Monitor performance data, identify trends, and deliver targeted improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Essential: NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety Membership of IOSH Strong working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation Proven experience in Facilities Management or a similar multi-site environment Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritise, manage deadlines, and work independently Desirable: Manual Handling Trainer qualification Permit to Work experience Experience leading or influencing small teams Key Competencies Strong leadership and people management capability Influential communicator with the ability to engage at all levels Organised, solutions-focused, and results driven High attention to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
