We have worked with this Barking & Dagenham-based Primary School for the last 12 months. During this time, we have visited the school twice, meeting the Headteacher (who is fabulous), the SLT, support staff, and pupils.
The Headteacher was part of the "founding family" over 8 years ago. Since then, she has taken the school from strength to strength. This school isn't just academically successful; it is child-led and pupil-first in everything they do. The Headteacher is passionate, lovely, and a real powerhouse to work with.

The Headteacher prefers a Primary ECT who is flexible across KS1 and KS2. She likes to observe teachers in action and then discuss to find the best fit for each teacher's strengths and the specific class or year group.
