Commercial Energy Sales Opportunities - Multiple Roles Available Our North East based clients are expanding their highly successful B2B sales operation based at their head office in Sunderland and is seeking experienced Commercial Energy Sales professionals to join their rapidly growing business. These opportunities are available across a range of roles including Lead Generators, Energy Consultants, Closers, and Business Development Managers, offering clear progression and strong earning potential. The Opportunity This is a B2B sales environment where you will play a key role in generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline, closing deals, and developing long-term client partnerships. You will benefit from a market-leading, uncapped commission structure, giving you full control over your earnings. Key Responsibilities Generating new business through outbound activity and warm leads Building, managing, and converting a strong sales pipeline Developing long-term relationships with commercial clients Identifying opportunities through effective questioning and objection handling Managing the full sales cycle (for experienced consultants/closers) Consistently achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs About You Previous experience within commercial energy Proven track record in B2B sales and hitting targets Self-motivated, driven, and financially ambitious Excellent communication skills - professional and articulate Strong objection handling and negotiation ability Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Team player with a positive and proactive mindset Package £23,000 - £65,000 basic salary (depending on experience) Realistic OTE: Up to £120k DoE Uncapped commission structure - no limits on earnings Performance-based salary increases Working Hours Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 9:00am - 1:00pm No evenings or weekends All of December off, fully paid Benefits: Unrivalled commission structure Contractual salary increases based purely on your own performance Uncapped commissions, earn as little or as much as you want.
