About the Role
R9 is seeking a qualified Electricians to join our Repairs & Maintenance team. You will carry out electrical maintenance and repair works across our housing stock, working from a PDA device and supporting residents with high quality service.
Key Responsibilities
\" Deliver electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across council properties
\" Work independently using a PDA device to manage and complete tasks
\" Provide excellent customer service to residents
\" Ensure all work meets current safety and compliance standards
\" Participate in an out of hours weekend rota when required
Required Qualifications
\" 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
\" NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
\" Full UK driving license
