What you will do on a typical day:
Conduct daily inventory cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction history in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
* Coordinate and prepare product reworks as needed
* Communicate directly with the customer to resolve queries and provide updates
* Maintain accurate documentation using the WMS and other relevant systems
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
* Previous experience working with WMS is highly desirable
* Willingness to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) – including Reach Truck and Scissor Lift (training provided)
* A Scissor Lift Licence would be advantageous, but on-site training will be provided if needed
