As a Regional Lead Nurse, You Will
* Lead and support Nurse Case Managers to ensure outstanding service delivery
* Build strong relationships with NHS commissioners & healthcare teams
* Oversee patient care, ensuring compliance with CQC standards
* Manage complaints, incidents, and safeguarding procedures
* Participate in an on-call management rota
* Maintain clinical policies & procedures to uphold the highest standards
About You
The ideal Regional Lead Nurse will be a Registered General Nurse (NMC Registered) with:
* Experience in tracheostomy & ventilator care
* A background in clinical or nursing management
* Strong leadership & organisational skills
* The ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
* A patient-focused approach with excellent influencing skills
