Sous Chef – Up to £35,000
Bath Brew House is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the kitchen team as we move into an exciting new chapter. Located in the heart of Bath, Bath Brew House is a vibrant pub with its own microbrewery, buzzing beer garden and a food offer built around great British pub cooking and beer-led dishes. With a fresh look coming soon and a brand new kitchen team being built, this is a brilliant opportunity to help shape the future of the kitchen alongside our Head Chef. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate about food, organised under pressure and excited about working in a fast paced, creative pub kitchen. This role is perfect for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up or an experienced Sous Chef looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities
* As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef to help run the kitchen day to day, ensuring the team delivers consistently high quality food.
* Be a strong, hands-on chef who enjoys leading from the front.
* Have experience working in a busy fresh food kitchen.
* Support the Head Chef with menu development and kitchen organisation.
* Help train and develop junior chefs and kitchen porters.
* Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards.
* Be calm and organised during busy services.
* Bring a positive attitude and great teamwork to the kitchen.
