About Role
We are a high-performing systems engineering team focused on modernizing infrastructure while maintaining security and compliance standards. We work with Microsoft Hyper-V and hybrid technologies to ensure our systems are cloud-ready, scalable, and resilient. We seek candidates passionate about infrastructure modernization, experienced in virtualization and hybrid cloud strategies, and capable of delivering secure, efficient solutions in a regulated environment.
Requirements
* Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms
* Extensive experience managing Kubernetes in production
* Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, TypeScript)
* Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices
* Knowledge of Hyper-V management
* Understanding of networking, security, and system administration (Linux/Windows)
* Experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
* Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters, including networking, storage, and security
* Collaborate with development and platform teams for scalable, secure solutions
* Automate infrastructure using Terraform, ARM/BICEP, and scripting
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
* Maintain system documentation and operational procedures
* Mentor team members and foster a learning culture
* Improve infrastructure reliability and reduce manual work (TOIL)
* Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
