Pay Rate: £20-£22 per hour
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Duration: Temporary to Permanent - Start ASAP
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join a well-established team in the Manchester area on a temp to perm basis. The role will involve working across social housing properties, carrying out a variety of plumbing and general maintenance duties.
A van and fuel card will be provided for the successful candidate upon starting the role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
* General multi skilled maintenance tasks as required
* Working in both occupied and void properties
* Diagnosing faults and completing work to a high standard
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
* Valid CSCS card
* Asbestos Awareness certificate
* Proven experience in a similar role (social housing preferred)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Clean shaven (PPE requirement)
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Available for an immediate start
