Responsibilities
* Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
* Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
* Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
* Pre‑sale Preparation: Check goods for names, quantities, completeness, prices, labeling compliance; unpack and inspect appearance.
* Merchandising: Arrange and display goods according to the company's international rules, maintain presentation standards.
* Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, ensure product availability.
* Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, provide insights to improve performance.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
* Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
* Product knowledge – understand purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and prices of products; offer suitable substitutes and related products.
* Customer service & communication skills – assist customers, resolve conflict, maintain high service standards.
* Problem‑solving and strong analytical skills.
* Stock management – ensure sizes and styles are available at the sales floor.
* Technology proficiency – retail software and POS systems.
* Compliance awareness – safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
* Self‑leadership – ability to work independently, manage emotions and challenges efficiently.
