Senior Consultant – Insight & Foresight

Role Overview
The Consulting team owns the strategy, demand generation plan, delivering consulting projects, IP development, and team capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and co‑create experience‑relevant consulting projects (25%) – including pre‑commissioned opportunity and proposal development, collaboration with sales, risk management and profitability.
* Deliver experience‑relevant consulting projects (50%) – project & programme management, stakeholder management, facilitation; ensure high quality delivery and KPI establishment.
* Product and IP creation (15%) – develop projects that improve client performance, support product innovation, and generate new revenue streams.
Qualifications & Experience
* Passion for and experience in the food & grocery industry.
* Commercial experience in blue‑chip category/commercial roles.
* Strong understanding of the interface between retailers and manufacturers.
* Senior‑management influence, high‑level communication and driving client‑centricity.
* Commercial acumen with proof of high‑quality delivery and business development.
* Progressive, partnership mindset, growth‑focused, integrity‑driven.

Location & Working Style
