Are you a detail oriented and customer focused professional looking to make an impact in a fast paced environment? My client is seeking a Help Desk / Contract Administrator to join their team and provide administrative support across their operations
Your new role
1. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
2. Manage job assignments and purchase orders using in house systems
3. Liaise with sites and suppliers regarding ETAs, access, and jobpletions
4. Raise and manage sales invoices and extra works jobs accurately and promptly
5. Maintain regional inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
6. Support the Contract Manager with reporting, debt management, andpliance
7. Ensure Health & Safety standards are met and reported
8. Manage helpdesk and asset systems, personnel records, and training matrices
9. Assist with monthly client reporting and billing
10. Contribute to financial performance improvements and KPI tracking
What you'll need to succeed
11. Previous experience in administrative or customer facing roles
12. Strong customer focus andmunication skills.
13. Self motivated, organised, and detail oriented.
14. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Calm under pressure, adaptable, andmitted to continuous improvement.
