About the Role:

The transfer pricing network advises clients on all aspects of the UK and international transfer pricing regime, including arm's length comparables, policy formulation, documentation, tax audit defense, advanced pricing agreements, and reviewing the tax impact of commercial or business changes.
What your days will look like:
* Collaborating with the Deals Tax practice as a subject matter expert
* Undertaking transfer pricing planning and implementation
* Coordinating European and global transfer pricing engagements with specialists across our network
* Supporting companies through various business changes, such as manufacturing footprint adjustments, supply chain reorganizations, IP planning, and transfer of manufacturing to low-cost jurisdictions
* Assisting companies with pricing intercompany financing transactions, including long-term debt and cash pooling
This role is for you if:
* You possess a Chartered Accountant (ACA), Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA), or equivalent international or legal qualification, or have relevant work experience, including international candidates qualifying through experience
* You have a proven track record of delivering quality work, understanding client businesses, maintaining professional standards, and building respectful client relationships
* You can build internal and external networks within the UK and overseas
* You have developed communication skills, especially in negotiation and influence
* You possess strong analytical, project management, and report writing skills
* You are inquisitive with problem-solving abilities within diverse teams
* You can apply tax technical knowledge in a fast-paced commercial environment
