Within our dedicated pastry kitchen, our Pastry Chefs craft exquisite breads, pastries, desserts and celebration cakes — balancing artistry and precision to deliver the finest creations for our Members. We have partnered with Lifetime Training and Westminster Kingsway College, and we are proud to be the only provider of this apprenticeship in the country. This is due to the bespoke, industry-leading enrichment days and masterclasses you’ll attend, which will enhance your knowledge and skills throughout the apprenticeship. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be working with the finest ingredients and will be mentored by our expert Pastry Chefs to develop your skills and experience. This role could lead to a full-time Commis Pastry Chef or Demi Chef de Partie position within Annabel’s.
