Providing engaging teaching and learning for adult learners aged 19 to support them to achieve their individual learning aims and progress into employment or take the next steps in their chosen career path. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the training and development of future counselling practitioners. About You To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have Innovative Teaching Approach: Bring fresh ideas to the table, constantly exploring creative and effective teaching methods to engage and inspire our learners Learner-Centric Teaching Style: Put our learners at the heart of everything you do, tailoring your teaching to accommodate various learning styles and needs Empathetic Mentoring Skills: Understand the challenges adult learners face, and support them with empathy and patience every step of the way. Recent experience delivering counselling courses Applicants must have: a level 4 Diploma in Counselling or above, 6 months post qualification supervised counselling practice, a teaching qualification at level 4 or above.
