Overview
If you are an experienced senior leader with a strong background in leading and developing high performing teams, looking for a new opportunity to put your mark on an established neurological rehabilitation and complex care service, then apply to join the team at The Bridge. You will be leading and managing the full clinical and operational teams, ensuring excellent care is delivered and maintained, and ensuring quality and financial targets are met.
Responsibilities
* Develop quality healthcare services that respond to changing needs of stakeholders and reflect market trends and evidence‑based practice.
* Ensure regulatory, quality and financial targets are met.
* Lead the senior management team onsite and develop local strategy and business plans.
* Promote and enhance the service’s reputation for specialist care.
* Act as Registered Manager in accordance with CQC expectations.
* Engage with Integrated Care Boards and Local Authorities.
Qualifications
* Excellent track record in a management role within the healthcare or social care sector (essential).
* Understanding of neurological services and neurological provision.
* Emphasis on performance, service delivery and business development with budget control.
* Credible, inclusive and supportive leadership style with ability to implement change.
* Knowledge of clinical and non‑clinical operational activities within a health or care sector organisation.
