Summary:
The Clinical Recruitment Associate will focus on patient recruitment, health promotions, community relationship building, and collaboration with healthcare providers. They will organize educational events related to Pinnacle Clinical Research programs and conduct community outreach.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Follow Pinnacle Clinical Research's strategic plan, policies, mission, vision, and goals in all activities.
2. Provide health education and support to community members and peers about Pinnacle Clinical Research.
3. Recruit patients through health promotion activities like home visits, health fairs, and public events.
4. Develop relationships with local healthcare and social service providers to facilitate information sharing and services.
5. Provide accurate information to community members and healthcare providers about Pinnacle Clinical Research.
6. Participate in and complete training provided by Pinnacle Clinical Research and other agencies.
7. Collect health information from patients, including medical history.
8. Coordinate participation at events with vendors and community representatives.
9. Ensure the safety and security of company property during events.
10. Obtain training and certification to provide Fibroscans and Memory Screens.
11. Recruit and schedule study participants, understanding protocol criteria.
12. Collaborate with investigators to schedule and screen research subjects.
13. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations and policies.
14. Manage recruitment communications and track efforts using a clinical trial management system.
15. Participate in community outreach to recruit research subjects.
16. Perform Fibroscans, Memory Screens, and assessments both off-site and on-site.
17. Work with referring physicians, practices, and community partners.
18. Update and maintain database records and establish recruitment lists from various databases.
19. Serve as a liaison regarding FibroScan reports and scheduling.
20. Maintain confidentiality of subjects and studies.
21. Coordinate with clinic staff, research personnel, and marketing for department needs.
22. Report community outreach activities and support patient scheduling from marketing events.
23. Perform other duties as assigned, with activities subject to change.
Education/Experience:
Associates degree in a related field, with 1-2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:

* Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Work in office, laboratory, and clinical settings, with exposure to biological fluids and bloodborne pathogens. Personal protective equipment is required. Occasional travel may be necessary. Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, and perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and mobility.
