Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of long-term projects running through to 2026, our client — a leading manufacturer of steel components for the offsite construction sector — is expanding their production team and looking to recruit experienced MIG Welders / Fabricators.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and forward-thinking offsite construction manufacturer, producing high-quality structural steel components used across modular and offsite building projects nationwide.

If you are a skilled MIG Welder / Fabricator looking for a stable, ongoing position with fixed Monday–Friday shifts, this role offers a great opportunity to work within a modern manufacturing environment as part of a growing team.

* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area

* Working collaboratively with the production team to meet manufacturing targets and project deadlines

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for reliable and skilled MIG Welders / Fabricators who bring:

* 1–5 years’ MIG welding and fabrication experience within a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment

* Experience within structural steel, manufacturing, or offsite construction is beneficial but not essential

* The ability to read and work from engineering drawings

* Confidence using MIG welding equipment and fabrication tools

* A strong work ethic and proactive attitude

* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

* A commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
