Senior Manager – Organisational Change Management (OCM)
Location: UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £100,000 – £140,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are supporting a Tier 1 global transformation consulting firm with the expansion of its Organisational Change Management (OCM) practice.
This role sits within a high-growth, strategic change and transformation team, delivering large-scale, digitally enabled and AI-driven transformation programmes across multiple industries.
As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering complex change initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and realisation of business value.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery
* Lead end-to-end Organisational Change Management (OCM) workstreams across complex transformation programmes
* Design and deliver change strategies, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement plans
* Drive user adoption, behavioural change, and cultural transformation
* Lead development of communications, training, and business readiness activities
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across transformation initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders
* Influence and guide stakeholders through periods of significant change
* Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and decision-making forums
Business Development & Practice Growth
* Support proposal development, bids, and client pitches
* Contribute to thought leadership and OCM capability development
* Play a key role in expanding the firm’s change and transformation offering
Key Requirements
* Extensive experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM)
* Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes
* Experience within a leading consulting firm (Big 4 or equivalent preferred)
* Exposure to digital, technology, or AI-enabled transformations
* Strong consulting toolkit across Change strategy, Stakeholder engagement, Communications, Training & adoption
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments
* Strong leadership and team management capability
Qualifications
* Relevant change management certifications (e.g. Prosci, APMG, CIPD or equivalent)
* Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
