Job Title: SHE Lead Advisor

Salary: Up to £49,500 dependent on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:
\n
\n
1. Support the development, maintenance and/or deployment of a SHE management system (including objectives, processes and assurance)
\n
2. Provide competent and comprehensive SHE advice and support to Line Leaders, enabling them to effectively manage SHE within their area(s) of responsibility
\n
3. Lead activities associated with improving SHE practice and performance within a business or site(s), including deployment and implementation of SHE Policy and Management Systems, SHE objectives and targets, provision of competent SHE advice on risk management and control
\n
4. Support the development and implementation of innovative SHE change programmes, ensuring consistency and effective improvement in SHE risk management and embedding a culture of continuous improvement and the sharing of best practices
\n
5. Provide assurance for determining compliance with relevant legal, BAE Systems Operational Framework and SHE Management System requirements within a business or site(s)
