The Opportunity
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the B2B sales team to deliver the sales targets on conveyancing and surveys, ensuring consistent delivery of the team targets through coaching and development of the team.
The role will involve:
12. Maintaining a good level of domain knowledge and sales expertise to lead the team
13. Day to Day management of the B2B Sales Team, ensuring high standards are upheld and attending client visits with the Business Development Managers
14. SalesForce administration to facilitate accurate reporting and forecasting
15. Working in partnership with Customer Success to ensure a co-ordinated approach to winning and retaining new business.
16. Supporting with corporate events and identify opportunities for sponsorship, promotion or hospitality which support the sales strategy
17. Delivering training to ensure the team’s knowledge continues to grow
18. Managing the recruitment strategy and building the team in line with growth
About You
You will have previous experience within the property industry, specifically conveyancing and surveys with a good understanding of the property market. You will also have/be:
19. Sales, Team Management and coaching experience.
20. Worked with in-house Customer Relationship Management systems.
21. MS office experience with a good working knowledge of Excel.
22. An understanding of Sales and Strategy.
23. The ability to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients.
24. Able to produce reports efficiently.
