Service Technician – Nissan Cambridge
Salary: £ Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI bonus.
Hours: 45-hour workweek with weekends on a rota basis.

The role: As a skilled technician, you will support our brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, so prior brand experience is not required. Regular updates through manufacturer training and our Marshall Academy will keep you current with the latest technology.
Who you are:
* Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently.
* A team player comfortable with set processes and procedures.
* Qualified Vehicle Technician with industry-recognized certification, ideally Level 3, but Level 2 considered (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety.
* Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software.
What you’ll do:
* Perform servicing and maintenance across the brand's vehicles.
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work within brand parameters.
* Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes.
* Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms.
* Perform electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).
* Support Apprentice Technicians as needed.
