Could You Be Our Next Telesales Executive?
This is a role for someone who’s ready to own their results. You’ll be part of our high-performing Telesales Team, generating leads, building a pipeline, and converting prospects into loyal clients — all while developing your skills and growing your confidence.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Prospecting and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline
2. Smashing volume and revenue targets month after month
3. Managing your sales activity through our CRM system
4. Onboarding new clients and getting them trading quickly
5. Educating clients on our services and self-serve tools
6. Monitoring performance to ensure clients trade to profile
7. Resolving queries and ensuring a smooth customer experience
8. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver service excellence
What You’ll Need to Succeed
9. Experience in telesales or customer service
10. Strong understanding of e-commerce and the SME marketplace
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Confident, persuasive, and resilient
13. Organised, proactive, and results-driven
14. Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving
15. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
16. Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
