The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our residential property team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate check-in, check-out and mid-term inspection reports across our residential portfolio. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out detailed inventories of residential properties at the start and end of tenancies.
* Record the condition of properties, including furnishings, fixtures, fittings and décor.
* Produce accurate written and photographic reports within agreed timescales.
* Conduct mid-term inspections to monitor property condition and tenant compliance.
* Liaise with property managers, tenants and landlords regarding property condition and any required works.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety and statutory requirements.
* Provide a professional and courteous service, representing Criterion Hospitality at all times.
* Our 8 sites which consist of 1400 apartments are situated in West Croydon, Basildon, Colliers Wood, Sutton & Bracknell
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in residential property management (desirable but not essential).
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident using digital reporting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* flexibility to travel between sites.
