We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic and fast-paced kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and working efficiently within our current team maintaining high standards in food preparation, hygiene, and presentation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure and is looking to progress in a professional culinary environment at a popular and busy Italian restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of your assigned section (e.g., grill, sauce, larder, pastry).
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the kitchen’s high standards.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency during busy service periods.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with stock rotation and ordering.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and all members of restaurant team.
- Keep your section clean, organised, and compliant with daily prep lists and cleaning schedules.
Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but isn't essential.
Full training will be provided to successful candidates.
