Supreme are recruiting a Paint Sprayer to join our team in Smethwick. This position will involve paint spraying of mild and stainless steels using Gravity-Fed Spray guns. Some yard work will also be required, loading/ unloading lorries, moving product around factory when required. The Paint Sprayer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on various surfaces, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of our projects. Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix paints and other materials according to specifications. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Helping out with yard work as and when required Keep up to date with general housekeeping Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly. Collaborate with other people to ensure project timelines are met. Follow health and safety regulations at all times while on site. Experience Experience in a Paint Spraying position, ideally architectural work Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
