We have recently been awarded anew contract in Aldershot, where we will be supporting the preparation and maintenance ofService Family Accommodation.
The Role:
To support this expansion, we are introducing abrand-new rolefor aScheduling Manager, responsible for overseeing a team ofReactive and Void Schedulers. This is afull-time, permanent positionbased at our Bulford office. As aScheduling Manager, you will work closely withDelivery ManagersandSchedulersto ensure resources are correctly allocated, deadlines are met, and key information is accurately reported. You will be responsible for the management of all scheduling systems, ensuring data is recorded and reported correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team ofSchedulers, ensuring resources are effectively allocated acrossVoidandReactivemaintenance teams.
* Overseescheduling systems(such asMaximoorVoid Tracker) to ensure contract requirements are met.
* Monitor team performance, providingtraining and supportwhere needed.
* Liaise withDelivery Managers and Area Managers, providing updates on work progress.
* Prepare and reportweekly and monthly statisticsto Senior Management.
* Identify and address potential risks, such asstaff shortages, resource availability, and backlog issues.
What We’re Looking For:
* Provenmanagement experience, with the ability to lead and monitor team performance.
* Experience inschedulingwithin thefacilities or maintenanceindustry, ideally covering bothreactive and voidwork.
* Strongorganisational and time managementskills, ensuring all tasks are completed withaccuracy and efficiency.
* Excellentcommunication skills(both written and verbal) to liaise withcustomers, engineers, and senior leadership.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving team success.
* Advanced knowledge ofExcelandMicrosoft Officeapplications.
* Experience working withscheduling systems.
* Ability to balance the organisation’s mission with an awareness ofbusiness risks.
* BPSS clearanceeligibility is required.
