Job Description
We are looking for an In-house Banking Lawyer to support the Banks' lending businesses on a range of complex loan transactions and financing structures as well as other banking & finance legal advice.
The Successful Applicant
The successful In-house Banking Lawyer will be:
3. Qualified with c6+ PQE.
4. Experienced leading on loan financing transactions in investment and corporate banking.
5. Confident managing business stakeholders.
