The Company
My client are an established Facade Contractor, with a stable turnover and healthy profit margins.
Their clients include numerous Top 50 main contractors, developers, and landowners, working on a wide range of landmark projects, both residential and commercial.
The company place a very strong emphasis on individuals development within the company, which has led to a low staff turnover.
Offices in London and Essex.
The Role - Project Manager (Facade/Cladding)
My client are looking for an experienced Project Manager, to join them on projects in London.
* Your focus will be delivering the project safely, on time, on budget, and to a standard the client is happy with.
* Ensuring works meets quality standards, follows health & safety rules, and stays on programme.
* You’ll be the key point of contact for the client, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, keeping communication clear, preventing delays, and ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
* Managing programmes
*Previous experience in Facade/Cladding project management is essential*
