Key Responsibilities Speak with candidates daily, identifying and matching top talent to specific client needs within the Industrial and Hospitality sectors.
Maintain regular contact with Assignees, ensuring satisfaction and logging feedback appropriately.
Keep candidate records up to date and input all communication into our database accurately.
Source and select candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and print advertising.
Ensure all candidates are compliant with our Quality Systems, with all necessary documentation completed.
Provide detailed job briefings and inductions to Assignees before placement.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and escalate new business leads as appropriate.
Commit to any training required for personal or professional development.
